NDOC is owned and managed by Edwin Bailey, who brings with 15+ years of professional experience in the landscaping and general contracting industry, learning from his father a earliest age 7 years young, Tru Green and other Business Owners. Mr. Bailey has established a strong committed team of professional who loves the art of the business. As Director of Operation, his role is to identify new business, develop and implement marketing and training systems, negotiate some deals and Close all new contracts.
Mr. Bailey personally attends all projects and commercial sites to provide assistance and direct management oversight to employees. To ensure clients yards are the crème de la crème of the block or neighborhood.
